A space for song, laughter and making memories

Our Songs Our Stories is a creative health project for people living with Dementia and the people who care for them, created and developed by our team of professional musicians.

This heartwarming project uses music to boost physical and mental health by bringing people together to write and sing original songs, whilst playing a variety of instruments.

“We came to visit our Dad and Culture Shift were doing a session with the residents. It was wonderful to see the interest and interaction between the residents – and they wrote a fabulous song! We would like to see more of this type of therapeutic input for the residents. Thank you.”
