Next steps into your future

Being Our Best Selves (BOBS) Kickstart programme supports people who are on a journey to find employment, education or training and we know that thinking about the future can feel overwhelming and it can be hard to know where to start.
Kickstart sessions are run in community venues by our team of coaches offering a positive, creative and flexible approach, including fun, interactive team challenges and group discussions as well as plenty of opportunity for individual reflection and planning.
The aim is always to build self-confidence and develop individual skills to have the best chance of success.
“I have done 3 workshops and feel a lot more confident leaving the house and meeting up with friends. Although I’m still experiencing anxiety, I can recognise it for what it is and manage it. I would definitely recommend these workshops to other young people.”

Culture Shift and Furniture Now are teaming up to offer a unique training programme which gives you the skills and experience you need for your CV. Book your place now to work with Culture Shift and Furniture Now to build your confidence AND gain work experience through a volunteer work placement.
Places on this programme are limited so participants will get personalised support with a small group of people.
