Circus of Sound events represent everything Culture Shift is about, celebrating diversity in our communities, welcoming and including everyone, with professional artists performing alongside local people in a warm and supportive atmosphere.

Circus of Sound is part of Brighton FRINGE 2026!
Circus of Sound brings four evenings of live performance and entertainment to Moulsecoomb, in partnership with East Brighton Trust,as part of Brighton Fringe Festival 2026.
​
Join us at The SKEP on the four Thursdays of May for unmissable nights of Circus of Sound's signature showcase, celebrating local creatives and performers. Each evening will have a different creative focus so expect events full of music, poetry, live performance, discussion and more!

Thursday 7th May – live, semi-acoustic performed by local bands and solo musicians
Thursday 14th May – a premiere performance of a new play called ‘Bad Indian’ written and performed by Saaj Raja
Thursday 21st May – an evening of spoken word and poetry in partnership with Writer’s Block and hosted by Woodzy.
Thursday 28th May – a special evening of conversation, creativity and CULTURAL CHAOS, hosted by our creative team, including our patron Michael Attenborough.
