Culture Shift provides inspirational and practical professional development (CPD), delivering both open courses and bespoke training. We support people to build creativity into organisational planning and development and individual practice.  We love to work with clients to develop tailored programmes to suit their needs.  We’re a lead training agency for Arts Award and can bring our creative skills and solutions-focus to facilitate conferences or networking events that are genuinely engaging and participative.

The bespoke service is a real strength; the unique work the consultant did for us is very different to ‘off the shelf’ programmes, which don’t always meet the needs of schools in different contexts.
