Culture Shift is passionate about training and development. From individuals to organisations, Culture Shift is determined to create space for those working across arts and learning to develop skills, share knowledge and meet and network. We want to play our part in supporting the sector to thrive in this fast changing landscape. From training courses to networking events we create environments for cross artform and cross-sector dialogue, new partnerships, new learning and new ideas.

As part of regional team developing Arts Award, we also offer training for future Arts Award Advisers and work to promote this flexible accredited award for young arts leaders.
